Biography


    Navarathnam Sivakumar is a Lecturer in Political Science. He received his school education at Thirunavukkarasu Vidyayalam, Alayadivembu and Sri Rama Kirishna National College, Akkaraipattu, Ampara. He obtained his BA and MA from University of Peradeniya in 2007 and 2010. He subsequently obtained Master in Public Policy and Governance (MPPG) from North South University, Dhaka and PG. Diploma from University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He completed his legal studies at the Sri Lanka Law College, and subsequently admitted and enrolled as an Attorney-at-law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. His research interests are mainly in Human Rights, Constitution, Power sharing and Public Policy.
