Department of Psychology

Welcome to the Psychology Department. The Department of Psychology traces its origins back to 2017 when it was established as a separate entity. However, its roots can be traced to the Department of Philosophy within the Faculty of Arts at the University of Peradeniya. For those visiting our department's site, this serves as a brief overview.

As a department, we encompass a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities. Our primary goal is to equip our undergraduates with the skills necessary to thrive in the modern world.
