PSY 302 - Developmental Psychology (Infancy)
 

 

Pre-requisite - PSY 101, PSY  208

The three courses PSY 302.306, 405 aim at imparting an understanding the Psychological Development of a Person from infancy adolescence.

 

Course PSY 302 deals with the Psychology of early childhood focusing on physical, cognitive emotional and social development of the child.

 

Course Content;

Theory and Method in the Study of Child Development, Stages of Prenatal Development, Genetics and Behaviour Genetics, Birth, Physical Development, Perceptual Development, Learning and Conditioning, Cognitive Development, Social & Emotional Development.
