This educational excursion was designed to provide valuable insights into the <strong data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"497\">historical, philosophical, and cultural evolution of Buddhism<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"990\">Through visits to key sites and active engagement with local practices, students gained a deeper understanding of how <strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"652\">Buddhism has adapted over time<\/strong>, blending its ancient teachings with regional traditions. The field study offered an opportunity to observe how core Buddhist principles\u2014such as the <strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"823\">Four Noble Truths<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"853\">Noble Eightfold Path<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"869\">compassion<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"886\">mindfulness<\/strong>, and the pursuit of <strong data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"924\">enlightenment<\/strong>\u2014have been interpreted and practiced in diverse cultural contexts.<\/p><p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1241\">The experience enriched students&#8217; academic learning by connecting classroom theory with lived heritage.
