The Pali & Buddhist Studies Society of the Faculty of Arts, University of Peradeniya, actively participated in the General Convocation 2024 by organizing a vibrant and well-received food stall on 21st August 2024. The stall featured a variety of traditional Sri Lankan food and refreshments, prepared and served by society members with the aim of fundraising and fostering community spirit. It attracted a large number of visitors including graduates, their families, and university staff, contributing to the festive atmosphere of the convocation day.
