Teacher observation sessions were conducted with the newly recruited staff members of the Department of English Language Teaching Unit, Faculty of Arts. The primary objective of these sessions was to enhance the professional skills of the new teachers. Guided by the directions of the Head of the Department, Prof. P. Vitharana, these sessions proved to be highly productive and contributed significantly to the professional development of the participants.
