For foreign delegates, transportation facilities between the Bandaranayake International Airport (Airport Code - CMB) and their accommodations in Kandy/ University of Peradeniya, on the day before and after the conference, can be arranged for an additional charge. If you wish to use this service please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as you have finalized your flight information.

Local Travel

Travel between the conference venue and selected accommodation in Kandy will be provided for both local and foreign participants. Please contact the Conference Secretariat before the conference day to register for this service.

Visa & Other Information

Overseas conference participants who need to obtain a visa to enter Sri Lanka may contact the Conference Secretariat if they wish to receive a hardcopy of their confirmation of conference registration and/or acceptance letter by post.
