Peradeniya Law Journal

The Peradeniya Law Journal (PLJ) is a publication of the Department of Law of the University of Peradeniya. It publishes high quality peer-reviewed submissions, ranging from articles and comments to case notes and book reviews, with the aim of contributing to the dissemination of critical and inter-disciplinary knowledge on the law with a strong focus on social justice, which is in keeping with the Department’s approach to the law and legal education. Hence, we wish to prioritize the publication of literature with a heavy focus on people-centered law reform.
