About Me

Thushari N Vidanage serves as a Senior Lecturer (Grade II) in the Department of Economics and Statistics. She holds a doctorate in Economics from Griffith Business School, Griffith University, Australia, an M.Phil and a B.A. (Honours-Special) in Economics from the Department of Economics & Statistics, University of Peradeniya. She teaches Financial Economics, Money, Banking & Financial Markets and Sri Lankan Economy. Her research mainly includes in the field of Financial Economics, International Trade and Investment and Monetary Economics. She has published several research papers in international peer-reviewed journals, and presented few research papers in national and international conferences.
