Terms of Reference for IQAC, Faculty of Arts
To consider and report on any matter referred to it by the Management Committee of the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of the University
To promote quality enhancement activities within the Faculty
To liaise with the CQA of the University in facilitating the conduct of/arrangement for External Reviews
To prepare documents necessary for External Reviews
To facilitate implementation of follow-up actions recommended in Institutional/Programme/Subject Review reports and monitor the progress in their implementation
To liaise with IQACs in other Faculties/Institutes within the University, to share good practices and enhance the quality of higher education in the country
To appoint committees, which may include persons other than members of the IQAC for the purpose of considering and reporting on any special subject or subjects
To facilitate and enhance all pertinent internal Quality Assurance measures as relevant
To assist CQA to reach its university-level goal
Any other relevant activity/activities that is/are empowered by the Faculty Board or the Vice-Chancellor/Registrar for any other entity
