A member of the editorial board first reviews articles submitted to the journal. If the editors are satisfied that the article meets the journals’ standards and requirements, it is then sent to reviewers for blind review. If there is a division of opinion among the reviewers, it may be sent to a third reviewer.
The reviewers’ comments will be sent to the contributors irrespective of whether their manuscripts are accepted or rejected.
The decision of the editorial board is final.
