Note:
Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better on a 4,0 scale, or equivalent.
Non-native English speakers must have a score of at least TOEFL iBT 79 or IELTS 6.5.
Due to a limited number of scholarships offered, only a few students will be able to receive them.

   Needy Studentship for First Year Students

Applications are called from the first year students of the Faculty of Ar1s, University of Peradeniya for the above studentship.

• The Annual Income of the family should be less than Rs.300,000/= (the income report should be signed by the Grama Niladari and certified by the Divisional Secretary.)
• If the mother/father/guardian is suffering from an illness, a medical certiflcate should be provided. In case of a deceased parent/guardian the death certificate should be provided.

The application can be obtained from the offrce of the Dean and it can also be downloaded from the Faculty website. The completed application together with connected documents should be submitted to the Office of the Dean on or before l6^th October 2023.

   Record Book Endorse Date Extended

2000, 3000, & 4000 Levels - Faculty of Arts

Students of 2000, 3000 and 4000 levels who were unable to approve and endorse their record books are given an additional date on 05.10.2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (excluding lunch hours) at the office of the Dean.

Any request beyond the above date will not be considered for any reason and students who have not completed registration will not be allowed to do the examinations.
