Application forms for the verification of results and paying voucher can be obtained from the Arts Faculty Website from 11th August, 2021. Application form available in the downloads page (http://arts.pdn.ac.lk/main/downloads/general.php).The scanned copies of the duly filled application form and the payment slip for Rs.500.00 per course should be sent to the exams@arts.pdn.ac.lk on or before 24th August, 2021.
