Saga University, Japan Program for Academic Exchange 2024 - 2025

Undergraduates of the Faculty of Arts who have completed two years of study can apply for the above program and are requested to submit their Applications to the office of the Dean on or before 25 April 2025.

Documents Required for Application

• A letter of recommendation
• Academic transcript
• Language Proficiency Test Result - TOEFL, IELTS
• Undergraduate: JLPT N2 or higher
• Certificate of Enrollment at the home university
• Certificate of Health
• Application for certificate of Eligibility (EXCEL format)
• Financial support certificate
• A copy of passport
• Portfolio (for SPACE-ARITA), consent of acceptance (SPACE- SE/AG)

Note: Those who are willing to study at Saga University shotlld have an amount of 60,000- 80,000 yen per month as follows:
Rent: 11,000 yen (dormitory), 20,000-35,000 yen (private apartment)
Food: 15,000 -20,000 yen
Electricity, water, and gas: 6,000-10,000 yen
Internet and cell phone: 3,000-5,000 yen
Other cost: 10,000 yen
