   Selection of Most Outstanding Student for the Award of Gold Medal - 2021/2022 Academic Year

Calling for Applications

Eligibility to apply for the Award
Final Year (both General and Special) students who have a G.P.A of 3.5 or above.

Period of Award
During the General Convocation 2022, University of Peradeniya.

01 (One)

The Selection Committee shall consider the following criteria:

  1. Academic Excellence
  2. Extra-Curricular Activities
    • Sports : lnternational Level, National Level, University Full Colours
    • Registered Societies & Unions: Key Positions, Committee Members
    • Art, Drama, Music, Literary & Creative work : International Level, National Level, University Full Colours
  3. Research Publications

Duly completed application along with photocopies of certificates in proof of qualifications and experience should be sent by Registered Post to the Deputy Registrar/Faculty of Arts on or before 09th January, 2024

Provision for Re-Scrutinizing of Marks & Grades of Undergraduates of Second Semester Examinations 2021/2022 Academic Year

Application forms for the verification of results are now available.

A payment of Rs. 500/= per subject is charged for verification of Marks & Grades.

Duly filled application form and payment receipts should be handed over/ posted to the Deputy Registrar of the Faculty of Arts on or before 24th December2023.

As per UGC Circular No. 978, the Results Verification Board should proceed to check the accuracy of the addition, computation, and transcription of results (ACT Verification).

   End of First Semester Examination 2022/2023 Academic Year - Change of Venues

Students those who will sit for 1000 Level examinations as repeat students are informed to collect Admissions available at the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Arts from 02/08/2024 onwards.
