   Provision for Re - Scrutinizing of Marks & Grades of Undergraduates of Second Semester Examinations - 2020/2021 Academic Year (1000 Level)

Application forms for the verification of results are now available on the Web Site & the Office of the Dean Arts.

A payment of Rs. 500/= per subject is charged for verification of Marks & Grades.

Duly filled application form and payment receipts should be handed over/ posted to the Deputy Registrar of the Faculty of Arts on or before 19th September 2025.

   Student Exchange Program for 1st (Spring) semester 2026 - University of Miyazaki

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting nominations for our student exchange program for the Spring 2026 semester.

Please refer to the attached files for details on available faculties, application requirements, and other information.

Study Period: 6 months or 1 year starting April 1, 2026

Nomination Deadline: Tuesday, September 30, 2025. (Please complete and submit the attached "1_Nomination (From ??? to UoM) Form.xlsx" via email.)

Application Deadline: Wednesday, October 15, 2025, 17:00 JST.

Important Notice

The deadlines are strict. Please be aware that applications will not be considered for screening if all required documents are not submitted by the above deadlines.

Application Documents

A list of required documents is provided on the first two pages of the file ''2. Application (UOM)". Please pay special attention to documents (1) through (3), as errors are common.

We have summarized common mistakes in the file ''3. Application_Guidelines''. Please refer to it.

Additionally, please be advised that  (8) Health check and (11) Copy of passport may take time to obtain.  We kindly ask you to instruct prospective students to prepare them early to meet the deadline.

Submission Method

Application documents must be submitted in both digital and hard copy formats.

First, please send the digital files to the email address below.

After we have verified that the contents of the documents are in order, we will ask you to send the original hard copies by postal mail.

Please note that if you send incorrect documents or copies instead of originals, you will be required to resend the correct original documents.

Email Size

Due to our system limitations, we cannot receive emails exceeding  20MB , and we will not be notified of the delivery failure. This means we cannot confirm receipt.

When sending large files, please compress them or split them into multiple emails.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within one week of submission, please contact us.

We ask for your full understanding and cooperation with the above.
